Cancellation Policy

All bookings must include your name, phone number, and email — incomplete info = cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable and required to book. They go toward your service total and are valid for 30 days if you reschedule. One reschedule allowed per deposit. A second reschedule = deposit lost. Hair color appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 72 hours in advance or your deposit is forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full price. Payment: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo. Cards = 3% fee. Refunds (if applicable) take 3–5 business days to process.
