Now, let's dive in! If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. NEW CLIENTS must have a phone or in-person consultation before booking any appointments. Ensure all contact information is filled out correctly, or your request may be denied.
Moving forward I'm implementing deposits for booking requests. And this is due to too many people canceling last minute. There is no exceptions. deposits are non-refundable and you'll only have once to reschedule using the first initial deposit. Refunds of deposits take 3-5 days to be returned. If you book an appointment within 24 hours of the booking time and you do not show up you will be charged the full amount. If you contact me to reschedule in that 24 hour time frame you will lose your deposit and will need to rebook another appointment requiring you to book and put down another deposit.
Check back close to your desired appointment time for updated availability, or make a request on the waitlist, as there may be cancellations. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via text. I accept most payment methods, with a 3% processing fee for card payments.
