Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy ⚠️ Required Info: All bookings must include your full name, phone number, and email. Incomplete info = cancellation. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Haircuts & styling: 24-hour notice required. • Deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 30 days. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) = deposit forfeited. • No-shows will be charged the full service price. • One reschedule per deposit only. A second attempt = cancellation + lost deposit. ⸻ Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service. • Balance due at your appointment. • Accepted payments: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo. • Card payments have a 3% processing fee. ⸻ Refunds • If approved, deposit refunds take 3–5 business days to process.
